LS has a scientific background in biophotonics and in fluorescence techniques, combined to linear and nonlinear optical microscopy. LS’s scientific activity is focused on the development of novel AI-based image analysis algorithms and of new set-up for deep-tissue in-vivo and ex-vivo imaging.
