Technical description
The Mastersizer 3000 is the latest generation of the world’s most widespread particle sizing instrument, used by many thousands of companies and research institutes across a wide range of industries. The samples are dispersed in water by the instrument. The access particle size range is 10 nm to 3.5 mm. This impressive range is possible due to the combination of red and blue lasers. The particle size distributions from this instrument complement SAXS measurements.
